( A ) Carbon 3 . 2-3 . 6% ( B ) Manganese 2 . 2-3 . 2% ( C ) Silicon 1 . 5-2 . 2% ( D ) Phosphorous 0 . 5% Max . ( E ) Sulphur 0 . 15% Max . Also Quote Rate For Semi Kouch And Lotus Roller For Above Mentioned Rollers After De-Shelling Each Roller Shaft Should Be Checked Ultrasonically , & Ultrasonic Test Report Of Each Roller Should Be Submitted . Grooving In Roller Should Be As Per Our Requirement . . One Side Freight Will Be Borne By The Tenderer .
