2 1.01 Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of one no. main FACP microprocessor based with minimum 10 loop capacity, with 20% spare capacity, having 100% Hot redundant intelligent addressable fire alarm panel (in case panel do not have redundancy, vendor needs to supply 100% spare programmed mother board and spare loop cards and network cards for every panel. If vendor is providing morethan one panels, than all panel shall be networked peer to peer), with minimum 200 character LCD display & onboard TCP/IP port external I.P. port to access panel on client existing LAN/WAN. Each loop may have a capacity of minimum 250 detectors devices in one loop, 240 volts AC power supply, automatic battery charger 24 volts SMF batteries sufficient for 48 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during an emergency conditions as required. Panel should also having the facility of GSM based auto telephone dialer with SMS facility with 5-8 nos. Panel should have built-in separate 80 column dot matrix printer.

6 1.05 Bacnet card/ Mod bus: FACP shall be connected to bacnet card. Bacnet card/ mod bus shall give open protocol to integrated all the FACP’s to centralized location with the help of central software or BMS software. Software shall be capable of taking information from bacnet cards/ mod bus from different manufacturers. Software shall have following minimum features.:
7 1.06 Sending details of alarm conditions to central location.
8 1.07 Sending the information about the health of the system.
9 1.08 Sending information for the maintenance of any system.

11 1.11 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of digital voice evacuation (Digital public address voice evacuation system) capable to supervision of all the speaker circuits. The digital voice command centre shall be with LC display. The cabinet shall be capable of mounting 12 zone selector annunciation units. The system shall have suitable rating amplifiers as per no. of speakers. The system shall have voice controller 12 zone selector switch with gooseneck micro phone including keypad, router etc. complete accessories including 19” rack.

13 1.13 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of digital audio amplifier suitable for 225 nos. speakers and 84 nos. hooter for PA system and also amplifier should have the 20% expansion margin and also suitable for addressable fire fighters telephone circuits. Cost to include all necessary enclosures, back boxes etc complete as per specification. This device shall be UL/EN listed.

16 2 Supply, installations, testing and commissioning of intelligent multisensor detector with integrated fault isolator/ isolator base,
17 2.01 The intelligent multi criteria detector shall have integrated fault isolator/ fault isolator base as per NFPA style 7 to make ensure complete system working without losing any detector incase of cable fault. Be an addressable device that is designed to monitor a minimum of photoelectric and thermal technologies in a single sensing device. The design shall include the ability to adapt to its environment by utilizing a built in microprocessor to determine its environment and choose the appropriate sensing settings. The detector design shall allow a wide sensitivity window, as per UL/ VDS. This detector shall utilize advanced electronics that react to slow smoldering fires and thermal properties all within a single sensing device.
18 2.02 The microprocessor design shall be capable of selecting the appropriate sensitivity levels based on the environment type it is in and then have the ability to automatically change the setting as the environment changes (as walls as are moved or as the occupancy changes)
19 2.03 The intelligent multi criteria detection device shall include the ability to combine the signal of the thermal sensor with the signal of the photoelectric signal in an effort to react hastily in the event of a fire situation. It shall also include the inherent ability to distinguish between a fire condition and a false alarm condition by examining the characteristics of the thermal and smoke sensing chambers and comparing them to a database of actual fire and deceptive phenomena.
20 2.04 There shall be feature to use detectors as smoke only or heat only or combined by able or disable photo or thermal part depending upon site requirement.

36 5.01 Supply, installation & testing of addressable loop powered multi tone sounder of 80-90 db, with integrated short circuit isolator (incase of non loop powered conventional hooter, vendor needs to consider cost of power cable in this items. Client shall not pay extra for power cable. Power for hooter shall be provided from main panel only to have battery back up as well. Local power supply for hooter shall not be acceptable).

40 6 Supply & installation of virtual map software/ remote access software/ web server with license. The responsible persons shall be able to gain an initial overview from a remote location or from their homes about messages and the state of the fire alarm control panel. The virtual MAP shall be 1.1 depiction of the integral MAP operating panel on a table PC or a PC monitor and allows the option to remotely monitor the fire alarm system over a TCP/ IP connection. In the event of a problem, the person who is responsible for the system can enjoy the same level of information from their home-without losing valuable time-as they would on site. Security staff, owners of companies and other persons in positions of responsibility retain an overview in every situation and can react without delay. To ensure that only authorized staff members can access the system, a multileveled security concept shall be implemented that can be integrated into the IT structure of the customers, which only allows access to the fire alarm control panel after successful identification with a user name and a password. Furthermore all access data is saved in the control panels software in encrypted form.

The job includes all petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. The PC should be of make IBM/ Dell/ HP/ Lenovo only. NSR6 1 nos.
53 8 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wall mounted/ ceiling mounted speaker 70 db to 84 db fire panel supervise with specifications features conditions and scope of work as under and same make as that of panel.
54 8.01 The speakers shall be used for broadcasting the pre-recorded messages from the DVC zone wise or for making the emergency manual voice announcements from the microphone installed in the fire control room.
55 8.02 The speakers shall be dual voltage transformer speakers capable of operating at 25.0 or 70.7 nominal VRMS (voltage). The speakers shall be supplied with as back box for surface mounting.
56 8.03 In the event of fire in a particular zone, all the speakers in the corresponding zone shall activate. There may be one or more than one speakers in a fire zone depending on the area of the fire zone. Speakers shall have a frequency range of 400 to 4000 Hz and shall have an operating temp. between 00C to 490C.

72 16 Providing AMC for fire sensing system. Under the AMC the supplier shall provide comprehensive Mtc. service of the for fire sensing system including the spares and there shall be no hidden cost. Preventive Mtc. service of the equipment under AMC must be carried out once in fortnight. During the period of AMC service/repair calls are to be attended by the supplier within two hours from the time of such calls. The defective equipment should be repaired on the same day at purchaser’s location. In case of major defects requiring the defective card/item/ equipment to be taken to the supplier workshop. It should be returned within a week’s time duly repaired and immediate substitute card/ item/ equipment will be provided by the supplier for the smooth operation of the fire sensing. The to and fro transportation of the card/item/equipment will be the responsibility of the supplier. The supplies of necessary Mtc. equipment and spare parts will be made available for all the equipment and the complete system for a period of 5 years on continuing basis 1st year free and thereafter for four years on paid basis.
