Structured High Power Single Die Ceramic Based Led Shall Be Mounted On Mcpcb Which Is Rigidly Fixed Led Array For Optomised Roadway Photometric Distribution With Dedicated Lens And Meet Road Lighting Standards. The Leds & Pcss Shall Be Mechanically Fixed. The Led Shall Be With Primary Optics Of Peanuts Lens Made Of Polycarbonate To Deliver Optics As Per Nfpa 70, Which Shall Deliver Necessary Light Distribution Which Can Suffice Viaduct Lighting Applications. The Cct Shall Be 5700K / 6500K With Cri > 70. The Lifetime Of Luminaire Shall Be > 50000 Burning Hours @ Ambient Temperature ± 35° C. Viaduct Luminare Shall Be Made Up Of Presure Die Cast Powder Coated Lm6 Alloy Aluminium With Uv Stablized Polycarbonate. It Should Comply L70b50 At Suitable For Operations Within Temperature Range Of -10*C To + 50*C Luminaire Should Withstand Thd Less Than 10% And Should Have Power Factor > 0.95. The Luminaire Should Have Ip Protection Not Less Than Ip 66 And Ik Value Not Less Than 7. Also Confirming Class I Electrical Insulation Class. Led Drive Current Shall Be Not More Than 1000Ma And Should Be Of Single Current Rating (Option For Variation Of Drive Current Through Hardware/Switches Is Not Required). Driver Efficiency Should Be 85%. Luminaire Should Comply With All The Required Iec Standards And Should Operate In A Voltage Range Of 140 To 270 Volts Ac. The Luminaire Shall Be Bis Tested And Approved / Registered Mentioning R Number. The Leds Shall Be Smd Type. The Luminaire Shall Be With In-Built Surge Protection Of 10 Kv. The Driver Shall Be Replaceable At Site. The Luminarie Conform To Iec 60598. The Luminarie Fittings Are To Be Installed At A Distance Of 14Meter In A Double U Girder Type Viaduct . The Illumination Between The Mid Point Area Of Two Lights Should Not Be Less Than 8 Lux , And Uniform Lux Ratio (Minimum To Maximum Lumens) Should Not Be Less Than 1/10Th Across The Installations On Viaduct.
