    Provision Of Operational Stores-Manufacture, Supply & Erection Of Modular Ojl Shelter Of Size 8.00 X 5.0 M X 3.00 M Ht At Eaves And 3.63 M Ht At Gable End With Verandah 2.0 M Wide And 02 X Attached Toilet At Left Rear Side Corner Of Shelter Of Size 1.80 M X 2.4M, Two Puf Doors, Six Nos Sliding Window With Fly Proof Aluminium Windows And One Ventilator As Per Drawing And Specification. With Gypsum Board False Ceiling Panel Of Size 600 X 600 Mm 7 Mm Thick With Texture Finished With Waterproofing Film Coating Back Side, Along With Powder Coated Aluminium Snap Grid Frame Work With Suitable ‘T’ And ‘L’ Section. The False Ceiling Panels Are Placed Onto A Suspended Grid Frame Of Size 605 X 605 Mm Made Of Aluminium ‘L’ & ‘T’ Sections Of 0.60 Mm Conforming To Is. The False Ceiling Grid Is Suspended From The Roof Framework With The Help Of Galvanized Wire Of 3.0 Mm Dia. The Finished Clear Height Of The False Ceiling Shall Be 2.80 M. The Following Stores Shall Be Provided With Each Shelter. Design Criteria. N ( A ) Seismic Co-Efficient :– As Per Seismic Zone V N ( B ) Snow Load :- 1 Mtr Standing On Roof N ( C ) Wind Load :- Eqv. Wo Wind Speed Of 55 Mtr / Sec As Per Is 875 N ( D ) Roof Slope :- 1:4 N ( E ) External Temperature :- ( - ) 40°C To ( + ) 45°C N ( F ) Water Absorption / Penetration :- Nil N ( G ) Termite Proofing :- Termite Proof N ( H ) Fire Resistant :- Fire Retardant And Should Not Emit Toxic Fumes N ( I ) Ease Of Construction :- Shelter Should Be Modular In Design N ( J ) Design Load :- As Per Is-875 N‘U’ Value Of External Walls Will Not Exceed 0.36 ( + ) 5% W / M²k.
