Repairing Of Broken Sections Of The Antisway Bar Bracket Of Chassis And Cracks On Chassis Of Bh120t Dumper Sl . No . Bh242 Of Amlohri Project .
Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc:-\n1) Removal of old broken anti-sway bar bracket from BH-242 dumper followed by proper cleaning of the underneath area ant its vicinity and preparation of surface area prior to subsequent repair.\n 2) Profiling (gauging / cutting / grinding / jointing) of anti-sway bar bracket & both the exposed faces of core of disjointed sections (front & rear) of both LHS and RHS chassis and their positioning / alignment thereof. \n3) Removal of anti-sway bar bracket from BH-23 dumper. \n4) Welding of anti-sway bar bracket / crack portion of chassis respectively followed by reinforcement in BH-242 dumper.\n5) Total fractured / broken lengths :\nA) LHS chassis = 18” (16 mm Thick) B) RHS chassis = 16” (16 mm thick)\nLength & Width of broken portion of anti-sway bar bracket are 38” crack length & 20” width.\n6) Performing DP Test after root layer and every 2-3 layers.\n\nNOTE: Electrodes, Industrial gas, Plates of different thickness and size, electricity etc. to be provided departmentally.\n
