Material and Labour for carry out day to day Housekeeping Job and cleaning and sweeping/mopping of floors with phenyls cleaning/dusting of furniture and rearranging thereafter. Cleaning of toilets, disinfection of rooms, toilets etc. including cleaning of cob-webs, roofs and open drains and removal of garbage from dustbin and waste water buckets from the rooms to the designated place complete all as directed:-\nNotes:-(i ) The above task shall be caried out by deploying 14 Nos workmen on daily basis.\n(ii) Material required for maintaining sanitation of Bath Rooms & Toilets including cost of necessary expendable stores like Phenyl, Soap Towel, Mug Buckets, Dusters, brooms, Mops, Naphthalene balls etc is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.
