| 96 | 73 | Notes:\n(i) Day to Day Complaints pertaining to Central AC Plant shall be resolved by the contractor within 24 hrs of getting complaints. In case of failure on the part of contractor to resolve to the complaints within stipulated time, a penalty of Rs 1000 per day per complaint shall be imposed on the contractor. \n(ii) The contractor or his authorised representative shall report to the concerned JE E/M at 09:00 hours dailly on all working days to receive order/instructions of the work. A register shall be maintained to record all orders & instructions and their complaints and is to be signed by the contractor/his representative and the Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M concerned.\n(iii) Work done register to be maintained by the contrator.\n(iv)The Refrigerant gas to the compressors should be charged precisely and accuratley by the professional refrigerant mechanic so that there would be no leakage of gas after charging.
