The Walls Panels Will Be Made Of 60 Mm Thick 40 Kg / M3 Density Puf Insulation Between 0 . 5 Mm Thick Pre Coated Galvanized Iron Sheet On Both Sides ( Camouflage Pattern ) . The Puf Panels Shall Further Be Reinforced With 25 X 25X 4 Mm Ms Hollow Sections Placed At 600Mm Spacing . The Panels Will Have Adequate Arrangements ( With Channels ) For Joining The Panels . The Roofing Of The Structure Will Be With Pre- Painted Gi Trapezoid Profile Sheets Of 0 . 60Mm Thickness Camouflage Pattern Colour Fixed With Stsd Screws . The Sheets Shall Be Laid With A Minimum Overlap Of 200Mm At Ends And Two Ridges Of Corrugation On Each Side . False Ceiling , Windows And Doors Will Be Provided As Per Drg & Specification Given . 3Mm Linoleum Flooring To Be Provided Over 24 Mm Plywood With Shelter For First Floor . All Steel Surfaces Should Be Painted With Two Coats Of Synthetic Enamal Paint Over One Coat Of Red Oxide . The Rate Includes Complete Structure Nuts , Bolts Including Electrification , Construction Materials , Lightening Conductor , Kero Heater Accessories & Erection Tools With Isi Mark .
