    provision Of Quick Erectable And Collapsible Protection Barrier , technical details . : portable , collapsible protective wall baskets , galvanized welded mesh frame ( 2 cells per set ) of size 1 . 22 x 0 . 61 x 0 . 75m ( length 4 feet , width 2 feet and height 2 . 5 feet ) as per drawing attached . mesh will be made of 4 mm dia hot dip galvanized low carbon steel wire conforms to bs 1052 . 145 gsm alu-zinc coated prime quality raw material confirming to bs / en 10244-2 . wire tensile 540-770 n / mm2 . 100% defect free . basket frame mesh size is 76 . 5mm x 76 . 5mm . mesh tensile 70% of wire tensile . mesh frame edge will be spiral hinged through 20mm dia spiral made of 4mm dia galvanized stretchable wire for joining to ensure easy folding and unfolding and 2 feet in length after folding . tolerance of panel + 1 mm in length , elongation approx . 5% weight of basket not less than 12 kgs / set . 8 nos high tensile stiffener will be provided with each cage . the cage box will have inner lining of non woven geotextile khaki colour . the geotextile will be 3mm thick with 300 gsm in heavy duty non woven polypropylene . make : hesco / star / a-1fence . technical specification & drawing are mentioned in rfp appx d
