Supplying of chlorine gas refilled in empty chlorine gas cylinder (100 kgs. Capacity) for a period of one year including all leads, lifts etc. complete in all respects, certified by the petroleum & Explosive Safety Organization (GOI) & confirming to IS 3196(4) 2001 having 84 litre water capacity duly ISI marked. The cylinder should meet the requirements of the following tests: ° Hydrostatic Stretch test at a pressure of 30 Kgf/cm2 as required under rule 35 of the gas cylinder rules 2004. ° Pneumatic tests at 7 Kgf/cm2. ° Bursting tests at 130 Kgf/cm2.
