Induction Motor No.-3 At The Pump House Of Jarauli Pump Canal, By Dismantling From Foundation And Taking Out Rotor From Stator Taking Out Damage Strip Coil From Stator,Cleaning And Reinsulation Including. Replacing Burnt 3No. Strip Coil Made Out Of H-Class D.G.C. Electro Copper Strip And Cleaning Stator Slot. Tightening Wedges By Epoxy Glass Sheet 11 Kv Grade, Latching By Silver Brazing, Joint Tapping And Complete Tapping With R.M.I. Make Tape. Repairing Of Rotor Bars By Brazing With 2% Silver Copper Rod On Both Side Of Rotor Rings. Dye penetration testing and balancing of rotor, Varnishing of Stator and Rotor by Dr. beck make Bectol Red & Gel Epoxy resin then reheating to achieve requaired dryness and I.R. Value and reassembling in the Motor and instalation and alignment of Motor with pump radialy and axially both by using S.S. Shims etc. and testing on load with all cost of material, labour, Shifting, loading T&P charges - Providing New 11 KV vacuum bottle, Male and Female spout, levers, bushes etc and fitting in 11 KV VCB type outgoing H.T pannel No-02, oiling/lubricating for smooth opration of pannel. Setting and testing on no load at Jarauli pump canal.
