Supply installation and finishing of Air Cush Free Floating Wooden Sports flooring system of Asian or equivalent standard manufacturer (who is IS: 9001:2008 and NABCB certified manufacturer) over existing Squash Court comprising of The Under Frame: Made of commercial quality Fir/Spruce/Pine Wood runners of 70 mm x 45 mm treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 10 mm thick EPDM air cushioning pads by nails through the two wings at 350mm c/c. The surface board shall be of Kiln seasoned imported Maple Wood surface board finished with 21mm thick, 55 to 85 mm width and in random length in tongue and groove shape. The edges of the boards will have a finger lock grove and the bottom side with air pass groove. Installation of flooring shall be done after a vapour barrier of 100 micron thick will be placed on the leveled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cell cushioning pads will be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 350 mm c/c in one direction. The surface boards will be screwed to the runners through the tongue only and wil lock the tongue by the groove of the ationing screwed boards. The ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion gap of 8 to 10 mm will be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled area/wall. After installation the floor will be machine sanded with floor sander machine and finished with Polyurethane Lacquer. The game line marking to be carried out in required colors before applying the finish coat.
