3 2.01 Note for item Nos.1 & 2:- 1. Necessary excavation & earth work in hard/ dense soil, PCC/RCC, reinforcement, formwork required for column in foundation shown in drawing are deemed to be included the quoted rate.\n2. Base plate, nuts & bolts & gusset plate are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.\n3. Brick work, hard core, PCC Sub base, PCC flooring & PCC coping and connected excavation & earthwork as shown on drawing other than specified in note No.1 & 2 shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items.\n4. Items which are not specifically mentioned here-in-before but essential for satisfactory completion of work are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.\n5.Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of anti corrossive paint on MS structure shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.\n6. work shall be carried out by the authorised agency specified
