(ii) Chilled water circulating monoblock Pump with electric motor 7.5 HP-03 Nos.\n(iii) Hot water genertor 170 KW-01 No.(iv) Hot water pump set 5 HP-02 Nos.\n(v) Air handling unit 17500 CFM-03 Nos.(vi) LT control panel comprising of starters of all connected equipments-04 Nos \n(b) DG Set 500 KVA with AMF panel & LT panel - 1set\n(c) Bore well with submersible pump set 15 HP with control panel and Sluice valves – 1 set\n(d) ON/OFF of street lights Note for Item No 1 to 4 :-\n(i) Payment shall be made as per minimum labour wages fixed by State Govt/ Central Govt whichever is higher.\n(ii) The quoted rate of bidder shall not be less than minimum fair wages fixed by State Govt/ Central Govt including GST, LWC &n ESIC in any case otherwise such bid shall be rejected and shall not be considered for acceptance.\n(iii) Contractor shall maintain adequate temperature and relative humidity as per design parameter of each AC Plant.\n(iv) Cleaning of complete AC plant, Pre metallic filters, cooling towers & surrounding area is also contractor`s responsibility.\n(v) Checking of electric connections of all components, refrigerant gas leakage, rectification and recharge of refrigerant gas, checking of complete AC plant & checking of LP, HP & Oil pressure.\n

4.01
(vi) Replacement of minor parts such as Flair nuts, LT cable joints with suitable size lugs are contractor’s responsibility.\n(vii) All operator should have 03 years experience or shall be ITI trained.\n(viii) Fuel, refrigerant gas and lubricants shall be issued by the department from AGE E/M (AF) Tech Area store yard under Schedule ‘B’ free for filling at Maharajpur and it will be the contractors responsibilities for filling of oil / lubricant in to fuel tank of DG sets all as specified & directed.\n(ix) Empty containers shall be returned by the contractor to the MES store at Maharajpur. \n(x) All operator will wear proper uniform as approved by GE \n(xii) Contractor will employ additional employ for rest/leave period.\n(xiii) For panel recovery on account of non-operation of installation/absent of operators from duty etc respective clause of particular specifications shall be applicable. \n(xiv) Proper handing / taking over of operator to be done and operator should not leave the plant till arrival of next operator.\n(xv) Stationery for maintenance of installation record shall be contractors responsibility (Daily Log Sheet, Attendance register, Wages Register, \n(xvi) Insurance of all operator shall be contractors responsibility. Deptt will not be responsible for any accident. \n(xviii) Contractor submitt the nominal roll of persons to be employed alongwith qualification/experience certificates, Police verification identification certificate to Engineer-in-Charge before employed the staff.\n(xviii) The contractor shall operate the DG sets and connected panels for proper functioning of AC Plant at the time of power failure and to maintain the system functional as per users requirements.
