Mopping & cleaning thrice in day with equal interval. 2.Thorough dusting from WORK STATIONs like tables, side-tables, sofa-sets, venetian-blinds, wall-fans/blades, tube-light/CFL/LED frames, roof-ceilings in each floor/rooms, chairs, shelves, work-stations, aluminum panels, wooden partitions, PC's printers, photocopying machines, telephones, trays, planter boxes, glass-panels of each floor, ACs, Access-Control equipments, windows & other surfaces etc., in all complete as per OIC including arrangement of machineries, ladder & equipments in both the floors including all cubicles.Either the cleaning materials will be supplied by M/s IOCL or to be supplied by the contractor as per instruction from OIC which will reimbursed on submission of invoice/bill. | 4 | 24 | Month |
| 3 | 1.03 | Cleaning of Toilets :- Cleaning of water closet, urinals and wash basins with necessary deodorants, (phenols, harpic) detergents etc., in all respects. Cleaning of flooring tiles & wash basin tiles using phenol & detergents. Providing enough no. of specified Air-fresheners / Odonils, urinal-cakes, Dettol Liquid Soap, Toilet Soaps etc as required by SDO & SAO including changing the Towels daily.
