Supply And Installation And Commissioning Of Ibms Related System Works Cctv - Dvr/Access Control Software & Hardware/Boom Barrier/Tripods For Pedestrian /Retractable Flap Barrier Systems/Fire Alarm Panels/Combination Detectors/Epabx System /Baggage Scanners And Multizone Door Frame Metal Detector 9 Zone With Camera And Real Time Storage System Etc., With Defect Liability Period Of 2 Years And Operation & Maintenance Contract Works(Including Existing Integrated Building Management Systems Cctv – Access – Fire Alarm System –Ups –Epabx – Pa System & Utility Monitoring Etc.,). 2. OPERATION & MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WORKS(including existing Integrated Building Management Systems CCTV-Access –Fire alarm System-UPS-EPABX –PA system &Utility Monitoring etc.,). The Operation & Maintenance contract period shall be for full 5 (Five) years including the guarantee period of Twenty Four months(Defect liability period) with effect from the date of handing over of the IBMS related Works Supply , installations , & testing, commissioning and handing over etc, as covered in the contract. (Total 5 Years including DLP ) works includes Removing of old Optical Flap barrier system and to be handed over to stores in good condition.
