| 1 | 650011302R | TRANSFORMER OIL TESTING BDV KIT | Specification: Specification: Oil Dielectric Strength (BDV) Testing kit. The equipment offered shall suitable for determination of electric strength (breakdown voltage) of insulating oil conforming to IEC and other international standards upto 100kv. The test cell shall be as per IEC156 suitable for BDV up to 100 kV without external flash over. HV chamber interlocking and zero start interlocking shall be provided. The unit shall have motorized drive to increase voltage linearly as per the rate specified as per various testing standards namely IEC156, ASTM etc. Provision should also be available for user settable tests. The unit shall be automatic and complete with test cell, stirrer and "GO" and "NO GO" gauge for adjusting the gap. Parameters for test specification as defined by different standards like IEC156, ASTM should be pre-programmed in the instrument. User need to just select the standard used for test. The equipment shall trip the High voltage with direct measurement of voltage and current. The equipment shall have ultra fast (<10 ms) HV switch off time. The test set shall have provision for automatic oil temperature measurement. The test set should give all the test results with standard deviation and a pass/ fail message wherever necessary on screen and in built thermal printer for test report. Sufficient internal memory to store 100 results and should be easily downloadable to a USB thumb drive and to a PC. Instrument should meet EMC requirement in accordance with IEC61326-1, Instrument should meet the safety requirement of IEC1010-1. Instrument should be lightweight and portable and weight should preferably be less then 30 Kg. Instrument should be supplied with a suitable calibrator which allows the actual applied voltage to be quickly and easily checked against the displayed value giving immediate confidence in the calibration of the oil test set.
