Request For Tender (Rft) For The Job Of Cleaning And Removing Garbage & Collection By Lorry/Tractor And Transporting Of Materials By Mini Truck To Different Site At Burnpur Township -1. Loading /unloading of garbages/refuses/loose earth/ building rubbishes etc. from the different areas of Township & dumping at dumping yard as per direction by truck / tractor of 5 Cu.m/trip capacity, with supply of necessary fuel, lubricants , driver, sufficient labours etc. complete. If any break down of truck / tractor, absentism of Driver, labour replacement to be given by contractor. 2. Loading /unloading of garbages/refuses/loose earth/ building rubbishes/market refuses from daily market & dumping at dumping yard as per direction etc. by truck/ tractor of 5 Cu.m/trip capacity (appx.) with supply of necessary fuel necessary lubricants , driver, labours etc. complete. If any break down of truck, absentism of Driver, labour replacement to be given by contractor.(Minimum 1 no. truck will have to be supplied with driver & sufficient labours by contractor daily. Proper safety appliances such as gloves, masks ,leak proof bucket and raincoat to be supplied to the workers.) 3. Carrying loading unloading all types of materials which are required for any maintenance job of Town Services Department at any distance by supplying Mini truck(TATA-407) from any area inside Burnpur works & township. Including stacking of materials when ever required and helping our departmental workers for any other jobs complete in all respect as per direction including supply of Driver, Helper & G. Labour, minimum 4 heads to perform the day to day job as per requirement. 4. Supplying good condition running TATA - ACE having standard. The TATA - ACE must be in good condition to carry all types of materials which are to be required for any job from any site of Burnpur Township, Riverside township, River bank colony & CD township and any other surrounding areas, complete job in all respect as per direction. (For period upto 8 hours.) including supplying of driver & fuel etc. 5. Supplying earth removing machine for earth cutting, leveling dressing debris, rubbish at dumping yard/garbage yard including supplying driver cum operator, lubricant, diesel oil and necessary requirement for performing the job. 6. Levelling and dressing and cleaning of surrounding areas of the building including cutting, filling earthwork upto 300 mm depth , clearing of jungle and bushes, loose earth, scrap, foreign materials, slag, debris, sweeping, manual dressing and cleaning, watering, ramming as per instruction of Engineer In Charge.
