    Notice Inviting Tender For Supply Of Elbow For Discharge Line Of Iat Vertical Pump , Supply Material At Rcf Trombay Unit , Grey Cast Iron Elbow For Discharge Line Of Iat Vertical Pump Of Sulphuric Acid Plant As Per The Following SpecificationsA ) Specifications :1 ) Size : 6 Nb2 ) Rcf Drawing No : 450-M-162 . 3 ) Material Of Construction : Is 210 Gr Fg 300 Or Astm A-126 Class-B4 ) Service Fluid : Sulphuric Acid ( 94%-98 . 5% Concentration ) 5 ) Service Temperature : 80-90 Deg Centigarde6 ) Service Pressure : 4 . 5 Kg/Cm2Note:1 ) Vendor Shall Supply Elbow As Per Rcf Drawing Only . 2 ) Vendor Shall Submit The Material Test Certificate Along With Supply . 3 ) Elbow Shall Be Hydro Tested At 10 Kg/Cm2 . Vendor To Submit Hydrotest Certificate Along With The Supply . 4 ) Elbow Shall Be Protected From Damage During Trasporation And Storage . 5 ) Casting Shall Be Checked For Any Internal Defects And Surface Defects , Cracks , Etc . Vendor To Submit Documentary Proof For The Same . 6 ) Vendor Shall Stand Guarantee For Supply Of Deffect FreeMaterial For 18 Months From Date Of Supply Or 12 Months From Date Of Installation , Whichever Is Earlier .
