| 1 | 1 | Carrying out comprehensive maintenance of fire fighting system CO2 flood type of existing model & of make Fire-bell (fire fighting system, installed at ETB and fire alarm system with connected control wiring & panel at AF Station Maharajpur Gwalior) all as directed in order to maintain the fire fighting plants in functional and serviceable conditions complete all as specified and directed.\n(Note:- The following scope of work includes for item above:-\n(i) The entire system shall be inspected & checked by the qualified technician at a interval of approx 5 to 6 months or as and when for cheking of serviceability and comprehensive maint of parts by repairing or replacement to mainteain system serviceable directed by Engr-in-Charge. The replaced parts, control wiring, gas charging, distilled water & acid shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply/filling only’ except pipe under respective item of this Schedule but fixing & testing etc is deemed to be included in the rate quoted against this item.\n(ii) All MS pipe line shall be inspected with respect to sefety purpose etc.\n(iii) Checking of the high pressure flexible hose pipes complete with connectors/adopters for CO2 connection to manifold as well as for pneumatic line between cylinders etc. \n(iv) Cleaning, oiling/greasing, servicing /overhauling of complete valves & fittings/assemblies. \n(v) Checking of the high pressure seamless cylinders of CO2 / N2 for their weight etc. and refilling of gas if found 10% less than the gross weight.\n(vi) Cleaning, oiling/greasing, servicing /overhauling of complete valves pneumatic actuator / valve of CO2 cylinders & fittings/assemblies. \n(vii) Checking of Non return valve of manifold and discharge hose and Cleaning, oiling/greasing, servicing /overhauling of valves.\n(viii) Cleaning, oiling/greasing, servicing /overhauling of all the nozzles of CO2 cylinders. \n | | 2 | Each job |
