1 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Duct Mounted Ultra Violet Germicidal Irradiations, (UV Lamps and duct mounted system assembly UL certified) System including cutting of AC ducts and fixing arrangement with PCI Generators for Improvement of Indoor Air Quality & reducing the particulate count. The Average Life of UV lamps Shall be 12000 hrs. The UVGI System shall consist of UV lamps, with its mounting assembaly and control panel. The Control Panel shall be mounted outside/inside the AHU and should Consist of ballast, hour meter, MCB, visual indicators should be there on the monitoring panel about the running status of individual UV lamp in UVGI system. The ballast and UV lamps shall be of instant start type. include inter connection and interconnection wiring between the UVGI lamps and panel. The ballast shall be installed in a control panel only. System shall comply with UL standard 1995 as applicable to usage of UVGI system in HVAC equipment.\nThe System should be designed to achieve at least 90% kill rate per pass of all air borne bacteria and virus. The intensity of UV energy delivered should be based on the project specified kill rate of the specified bacteria or the bacteria that causes the defined diseases. If such value is not specified, the energy delivered should be based on default value not less than 3,000 µWsec/cm2 complete with air quality test before and after installation from the reputed lab.\nManufacturer should be quality manufacturer having ISO : 9001:2015 certification. The UVGI system should be UL 2043 certified. \n(Make: Aeropure/ Espair) 2 job
