2 1.01 (i) Precision Air Conditioning (04 Nos) :- Direct Expansion microprocessor based precision AC units (Para metric cooling CFM) of min 35 KW sensible capacity precision AC unit with air cooled condenser, digita scroll compressor in each unit with refrigerant circuits, evaporator coil with hydrophilic coating, direct driven electronic thermostatic expansion valave suitable for environment friendly R410A refrigerant, electric heater locking disconnect switch, adjustable modular baffle system, heater, clocked filter, 2 Nos rack sensors, Infrared humidifiers and vibration isolator. The unit refrigerant circuit has factory installed solenoid valve and service valves. Motor is suitable for 415V + 10%, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC supply with EC fan and external static pressure 20 Pa. Smart row capacity modulated cooling, which is self contained precision cooling unit designed for cooling racks. The gas required is to be provided by the contractor for which the rate is deemed to be included. \n(ii) Fire Detection and Suppression system :- Fire detection, fire suppression, smoke detection, NOVEC 1230 gas for fire suppression. The accessories are compression of seamless cylinger with pressure guage & low pressure switch fillable with NOVEC 1230 gas - 02 Nos.\nElectrical solenoid 24V DC stackable – 2 Nos.\nManual & pneumatic actuator – 2 Nos.\nDischarge Hose – 2 Nos.\n360-180 deg ceiling type discharge nozzle – 6 Nos.\nCylinder strap – 2 Nos.\n2 zone fire alarm panel with single zone gas release panel – 2 Nos.\nRelease switch – 2 Nos.\nAbort switch – 2 Nos.\nMS Seamless pipes as per ASTMA with necessary fittings – 2 Lot.\nSmoke detectors photoelectric type 24V DC – 12 Nos.\nWarning plates – 2 Nos.\nHooter cum strobe – 2 Nos.\nNote:- In case of refreshing is required, the gas is to be provided by the contractor. The rate of the same is deemed to be included in the rate.
3 2 Periodical, preventive and comprehencive maintenance including attending complaints as and when required to VRV/VRF system of Make DAIKIN (Variable Refrigerant Volume/Variable Refrigerant Flow) Air conditioners of modular system type, with number of indoor connected to centrally located outdoor units as per OEM's instructions which consist of following units:- 12 Each month
4 2.02 (i) Outdoor Units :- VRV/VRF outdoor units with multiple compressors complete with inverter based type rotary/scroll compressors, R 410A refrigerant, cooling & heating mode both options, special pre-coated fin type heat exchanger, low noise direct driven propeller condenser fans in each module with top discharge every module having minimum 02 Nos, fans GI coated condenser stand, microprocessor panel with sequential staring of condensing unit, coils, expansion valves, filters in refrigerant circuits, single pase preventer, all vibration isolators, safeties, operation range of dry bulb temperatures -5 of 49 Deg C (i.e. in cooling mode) and -20 to 15.5 Wet Bulb Temperature Deg C (I.E. in heating mode) with Minimum capacity control of 8% if ODU capacity. Each system had the provision to combine maximum 3 Nos. single outdoor unit had multiple compressors Minimum 2 and Maximum 3 Nos. in single module of system. Level difference of piping is 50 Mtr if DODU is above or below from IDU in both cases. \n(a) 18 HP outdoor unit VRV/VRF system.\n(b) 14 HP outdoor unit VRV/VRF system.\n(ii) Indoor Units :- Ceiling Mounted Cassette type indoor units with inbuilt drain pump & decorative panels and having dimensions 900x900 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities :-\n(a) 2 TR round flow type cassette unit with remote controls - 02 Nos.\n(b) 2.65 TR round flow type cassette unit with remote controls - 01 Nos\n(c) 3.3 TR round flow type cassette unit with remote controls - 02 Nos.\n(d) 4.0 TR round flow type cassette unit with remote controls - 02 Nos.\n(e) 2.0 TR 2 way ceiling mounted ductable type unit. - 04 Nos.\n\nNote for item No 1 & 2 :- The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the cost of refrigerant gas (R-410A) including testing/rectification of leakage for satisfactory working complete all as specified & direcetd by Engr-in-Charge.
5 3 Periodical, preventive and comprehenvise maintenance including attending complaints as and when required to microprocessor/DSP controlled modular UPS of make Emerson & capacity 150 KVA/150KW (30 KVA=30 KW Modules X 5 Numbers ) UPS Rack to be Scalable upto minimum 300 KVA and should be comprising IGBT based rectifier inverter to achieve input THDI<3% and input power factor >.99 at 100 % loading. The UPS frame shall have the space to scale 100% of the rated output and option to be paralleled with another frame if required in future. True online double conversion (VFI as per IEC 62040-3) UPS using PMW IGBT technology, 3 Phase input and 3 Phase 400 V output UPS system and each comprising of the following:-\n(a) Fully rated, unity power factor designed user replacecable Rectifier, charger & inverter unit integrated in each power module, 5 Nos of 30 KVA/30 KW power module to be integrated to achieve 150 KVA/KW connected load.\n(b) Module should be redundent & Controller should also be redundent.\n(c) 100% rated static bypass module at the bypass line. The static bypass module should be rated equivalent to the total power ratings of the power modules.\n(d) Web-enabled monitoring and management through SNMP protocol for multi-OS environments.\n(e) UPS efficiency upto 95% at full load.\n(f) High performance user replaceable battery module comprising of lead acid sealed maintenance free batteries for providing 15 minutes backup to 150 KW connected float.\n(g) Health monitoring of battery back up, which includes monitoring of backup capacity and recommending for replacement if required. 12 Each Month
6 4 Periodical, preventive and comprehenvise maintenance and attending complaints as and when required to Microprocessor based 2 wire fault tolerant loop, 1 loop (each loop accessing minimum 99 detectors and 99 modules) fire alarm/detection control panel. The panel shall be able to give location of all fire/fault conditions of addressable units via the address codes. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch ON/OFF respective control module when ever any alarm is trigged. The panel shall have rectifier, loop cards, LCD unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output complete in all respects. The panel shall have a built in power supply and battery charger along with maintenance free 24 AH, 2x12 volt SMF lead acid batteries capable of running for a minimum of 8 hours with battery charger complete as required and as per specification complete all as pecified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make of existing equipment :- GST \n\nNOTE FOR ITEM NOS. 1 to 4:-\n(a) The Comprehensive maintenance of the equipment is to be carried out by any one of the OEMs i:e VERTIV/SCHNEIDER /TATA LIBERT/ STULZ/ DAIKIN. The tenderer has to submit Intent of MoU from OEM as per Performa given in serial Page No. 89 & same shall be uploaded with cover -1, failing which the financial bids of that tenderer will not be opened & rejected the tender in technical evaluation. \n(d) The comprehensive maintanance of equipment under this contract shall be done through any one of OEMs i.e. VERTIV/SCHNEIDER /TATA LIBERT/ STULZ/ DAIKIN. The contractor will have to submit MoU on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- duly notarized as per performa (on serial page No. 90 & 91) within seven days of accptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work will executed as per policy invouge of the contractors default.\n(e) The contractor should submit the monthly test report of Equipment conducted by the OEM with in first week of every month to the Engr-in-Charge, failing which recovery of Rs. 2000/- per Equipment per month shall be deducted from contractors dues. 12 Each Month
