All Complete As Directed.The Rates Shall Include The Disposing Of The Debris Outside The Bank?S Premises And Dumping In The Area Approved By Mcd / Ndmc Including All Lead And Lift Etc., Complete All As Directed By The Banks Engineerincharge, Providing And Fixing 100Mmx100mm Size Decorative Cornice In Pop With Approved Design At Junction Of Ceiling & Wall Level Including Fixing With Nails / Screws And Necessary Scaffolding Etc. All Complete As Directed By Banks Engineer, Providing And Applying Two Or More Coats Of Premium Quality 100% Acrylic Emulsion Paint Over One Coat Of Cement Primer And One Coat Of White Wall Care Cement Based Puty Of Approved Make, Providing And Applying Two Or More Coats Of 1St Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint Over A Coat Of Wood Primer, Putty Etc., Of Approved Make And Shade To Wood / Commercial Board Surfaces Etc.
