    Supply Of Cooling Water Chemicals 1. Single Compound To Control Scaling And Corrosion To Control Scale In The T.G. Condenser And To Maintain Clean Surface Of Condenser Tubes. The Chemical Should Posses A ) Sequesting Value : Min.300 Mg / Ml B ) Hedp Content : 35% C ) High Density Polymer : 2 To 3% D ) Inorganic Phosphate : Nil E ) Zinc : Minimum 3% ( As Zn ) The Product Can Be Dosed In The System To Maintain Coc Below 4 And Inhibition Efficiency Should Be More Than 98%. Corrosion And Scaling Shall Be Controlled In The T.G. Condenser And Other Plate Heat Exchangers To Maintain Clean Surfaces For Smooth Running Of The Unit., 2. Biocide: Quaternary Ammonium Compound With Active Ingredient Of Not Less Than 30% Present To Control Algae, Bacteria And Fungal Slimes Causing Bio Fouling . Tvc And Srb Should Be Checked For Every Week To Monitor The Effectiveness Of The Chemical To Control The Algae, Bacteria And Fungal Slimes Causing Bio-Fouling. The Equipment For Testing Of Tvc And Srb Are To Be Provided By The Vendor For Monitoring The Effectiveness Of Chemical For Every Week., 3. Bio Dispersant It Should Be A Blend Of Non Ionic Ingredients To Assist The Oxidizing Biocide Like Chlorine To Control The Microbiological Fouling. Non Volatile Matter: Minimum 40%,
