Repair Of Chillers 02 No. ( Blue Star Make ) With 26 Tr Capacity Each Located At Control Block Of Power House-I By Way Of Disassembling The Whole System For Cleaning Of Water Conductor And Then Assembling The Whole System Properly To Ensure The Proper Working Of The Chillers. 2. Overhauling Of Cold Water Pumps By Opening The Pumps And Removal Of Water Leakage From The Pumps Of The Chillers. 3. Repair Of Water Conducting System For Removing Water Leakage And Overhauling Of Booster Pumps Of The Chillers. 4. Filling Of Refrigerant R-22 If Required By Checking For Leakage By Vacuuming Copper Coils And Then Filling Them With Nitrogen Gas And By Fitting Pressure Gauge And Keeping It For At Least 24 Hours To Check For Pressure Drop. Tracing Leakage By Detergent And Then Repair Of The Same. 5. Repair Of Sab-V & Iv Of Capacity 11, 455 M3 / H Located At Gate Chamber By Way Of Disassembling The Whole Body Including Centrifugal Fan, Fan Outlet Flexible Connections And Electric Motor.
