Repair to transformer of capacity 160 KVA, 11/0.443 KV three phase, 440 volts Make : Kerala Electric Ltd installed at sub station at Coast Guard Station Minicoy comprising of the following repair work :-\n\n(a) Disconnecting carefully the LT/HT connection of the transformer with proper HT shutdown and electrical safety. Opening of top cover of transformer including necessary attachments and drain out the transformer oil. Carefully dismantling/detaching the tap switch shaft along with O ring and packing glands. Replacing the O ring along with other wornout parts of the tap switch shaft, refixing the tap switch, replacing of top cover gasket, refixing top cover, refilling the transformer oil 40 Ltrs. Testing commisioning complete.
