" "3) A caretaker should be available round the clock for allotment of the suites on\rall days including Holidays 4) TV/Fans shall be cleaned of dust/dirt by suitable means carefully duly switch off\rpower supply so that they are free of dust/dirt. 5) Rent collected from the occupant should be remitted to\rJE/W/MMM. 6) The dust and debris collected shall be disposed off properly at the specified locations then and\rthere without any accumulation. 7) All the bed sheets, pillow covers are to changed as and when the occupant\rwho has used it vacates the bed/room.
