The following repairs works will be carried out to the TATA MOBILE VEHICLE BA NO 05C-075887N OF GE (P) (NAVY) Visakhapatnam :-\n(a) Dismantling the Wheel Axle removing the old dameged spares such as Axle bearing - 02 Nos, Axle Oil seals- 02 nos, fixing the above items in working conditions.\n\n(b) Dismantling and opening the defective fuel pump and replacement of pump plunger 04 nos, Rotor Assembly 01 No, bearing 02 Nos, pump seal kit 01 no, delivery values 04 Nos, injector nozzle 04 Nos, pressure testing of nozzles and testing the fuel pump after fixing in to proper position.\n\n(c) Engine Tune-up by changing oil, gear oil, engine oil filter, fuel filter and air filter.\n\n(d) Dismantling the seals, removing the old existing the seat cover replacement of seat covers stitched with new Rexene cloth with extra cussion in all seats and fix the same in original position.\n\n(e) Taking out unserviceable seat belt set complete both sides and fixing new sheet belts sets in the Vehicle.\n\n(f) Taking out unserviceable foot mat set and supply and placed of new mate set complete. \n\nNote :- Retrieved material will be the property of contractor and rate will be quoted after deducted of Rs 550/-\n\n
