tedner for Tender For Out Sourcing To The Services For Manning And Operation Of Central Type Ac Plants At 300 Lt Magazine P239 And Ammunition Workshop P240 At Nad Bheemunipatnam , out sourcing for manning and operation to scroll chiller type central ac plants ( 3x35 tr ) capacity with 2 units running at a time and 1 unit stand by installed at 300 lt magazine at nad bheemunipatnam by providing one refrigeration mechanic per each shift of 8 hours and 3 shifts per day round the clock including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge . , out sourcing for manning and operation to scroll chiller type central ac plants ( 2x35 tr ) capacity with 1 unit running at a time and 1 unit stand by installed at ammunition workshop at nad bheemunipatnam by providing one refrigeration mechanic per each shift of 8 hours and 3 shifts per day round the clock including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge . notes for item nos . 1 & 2: 1 . wage paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by state / central government from time to time whichever is higher . the payment shall be made to the workers through a nationalised bank and the bank statement of fair wages as per minimum labour wages as mentioned above shall be submitted along with the rars / fb for payments . 2 . the contractor shall be responsible for the epf , esi , bonus , safety etc . and insurance of all trademen employed by him as per existing labour rules / acts / regulations .
