Cassette And High Wall Acs 19 Nos For Iaf Bagdogra , supply of 1 . 5tr high wall inverter type split ac , supply of 2tr high wall inverter type split ac , supply of 2tr cassette type split ac , supply of 3tr cassette type split ac , installation of 1 . 5 tr high wall inverter/five star rated split ac with all suitable clamping arrangement on the wall . also , any minor civil damages to be addressed , tools and tackles required for the work also to be considered . the work shall be carriedout as per the per annx-i & ii , extra copper pipe for 1 . 5 tr high wall inverter/five star rated split ac to be provided based on the site requirement or as directed by engineer-in-charge . the refrigerant pipe for suction and liquid line shall be insulated with vidoflex insulation of not less than 9 mm minor hole to be made on the wall/chajja/windows for refrigerant piping in between indoor and outdoor unit . the pvc pipe shall be placed on the drilled hole and cementing or pop plastering to be made surrounding the outer surface of the pvc pipe and the wall . the lintel & floor hole to be carried out by the contractor by core cutting . the required scaffolding/ladder also to be included . core cutting payment will be made extra . , testing and commissioning of high wall inverter/five star rates split ac to be carriedout for 24 hrs for each acs . additional charging of refrigerant gas during testing to be carried out by agency . , testing and commissioning of cassette type split ac to be carriedout for 24 hrs for each acs . additional charging of refrigerant gas during testing to be carried out by agency . , dg set for commissioning of acs ( for all 19nos of acs ) shall be arranged by agency for testing and commissioining of all split acs as per the annexure-ii . necessary transport shall be arranged by agency . , preventive maintenance for all 19nos of acs to be carriedout during stipulated guarantee/warranty period of 12 months . servcing to be done for all the equipments and components once in four ( 4 ) months including necessary consumables ( if required any ) , all as specified , directed by engineer-in-charge . service report shall be submitted after carryingout the each preventive maintenance . note: necessary tools and tackles required for carryingout maintenace to be arranged by agency . , comprehensive annual miantenace contarct for all 19nos of acs for complete physical work including all equipments and components including all spares , compressors , refrigerant , oil , consumables , cables , wires etc . , for first year after expiry of stipulated guarantee/waranty period
