surrounding the outer surface of the pvc pipe and the wall . the lintel & floor hole to be carried out by the contractor by core cutting . the required scaffolding/ladder also to be included . core cutting payment will be made extra . , testing and commissioning of high wall inverter/five star rates split ac to be carriedout for 24 hrs for each acs . additional charging of refrigerant gas during testing to be carried out by agency . , testing and commissioning of cassette type split ac to be carriedout for 24 hrs for each acs . additional charging of refrigerant gas during testing to be carried out by agency . , dg set for commissioning of acs ( for all 19nos of acs ) shall be arranged by agency for testing and commissioining of all split acs as per the annexure-ii . necessary transport shall be arranged by agency . , preventive maintenance for all 19nos of acs to be carriedout during stipulated guarantee/warranty period of 12 months . servcing to be done for all the equipments and components once in four ( 4 ) months including necessary consumables ( if required any ) , all as specified , directed by engineer-in-charge . service report shall be submitted after carryingout the each preventive maintenance . note: necessary tools and tackles required for carryingout maintenace to be arranged by agency . , comprehensive annual miantenace contarct for all 19nos of acs for complete physical work including all equipments and components including all spares , compressors , refrigerant , oil , consumables , cables , wires etc . , for first year after expiry of stipulated guarantee/waranty period
