17 2.12 Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, of capacity 82.5 KVA ,engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.\n(i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hour test run at site inclusive of 1 hours on 10% over load in the presence of rep detailed by accepting officer. All arrangements are to be made by the contractor for test at site at his own cost. 1 Each
18 2.13 (A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 82.5 KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3-phase 4 -wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excitedself regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of ±1%. tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to IS -13364.\n(i) Insualation class - 'H' + 50%\n(ii) Temperature rise class - 'H'\n(iii) Excitation : Self Excited\n(iv) Regulation performance : The voltage is kept constant with ± 1% manual voltage adjustment within + 5%.\n(v) Frequency regulation : ±1%.\n
19 2.14 (B) Diesel Engine :- Adequate capacity of Diesel engine suitable to 82.5 KVA based on manufacturer’s recommendation, air cooled to drive independently the above Alternator and after considering derating as per site condition after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories, directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multistroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM as per relevant ISI 10001/10002 with an overload capacity of 10 % for one hour in 12 hours continues running complete for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:-\n(i) Fly wheel with housing.\n(ii) Cooling system :- Mounted radiator with fan & belts. \n(iii) Cooling water pump :-Centrifugal type belt driven. \n(iv) Exhaust System. All as per the standard design of the manufacturer with the folloiwngs : (a) Exhaust gas turbo charger type in built (b) Exhaust manifold (c) Silencer : Residential type (soundless) (d) Belllows.
20 2.15 (v) Fuel System :- Fuel injection system with fuel injections, fuel injection solenoid switch/nozles/governer electronic types capable for 1% speed / frequency regualation. \n (a) Fuel fileters (b) Fuel hoses.\n(vi) Lubricating oil system :-\n (a) Lubricating oil filter (b) Lubricating oil pump.\n(vii) Air Intake System :-\n (a) Air intake manifold (b) Air cleanler dry type.\n(viii) Governor :- Electronic Governor.\n(ix) Startign system. 23 2.18 Auto mains failure panel 415 volts 50 hz suitable for 82.5 KVA DG set mafe out of 16 gauge mild steel sheet factory made cubical type floor mounted front and rear door openable doors with locking arrangement duly powder coated suitable for inclufing the followings:- \n(a) Microprocessor based electronic control box for automatic switching on off of DG set and transfer of load equipped with microprocessor based controller 100% auto, 50 % auto manual and 100 % by pass arrangement adjustable time delay to engine start , standard setting 3 seconds adjustable 0-10 seconds, adjustable time delay on transfer to normal 0-30 second time delay (adjustable) to engine cool down 0-5 minutes , adjustable time felay on transfer to emergancy 0-15 second Make Legrand /ABB/siemens/Kirloskar.\n(b) Microprocessor based auto transfer switch 4 pole of suitable amps 415 Volts 50 Hz with two MCCBs 415 Volts of suitable amps four pole assembled and ready to use complete all as specified .\nAll accessories prewired with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable of approariate size including connections from DG Set all as required at site including foundation as per manufacturer recommendaiton.
24 2.19 The following items are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for all DG sets:-\n(D) Civil Works:-\n All civil works including PCC platform and related to foundations including of panel and equipments including making good the existing structure of ditribed during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth of foundation shall be minimum 300mm with anti vibration pads or as recommended by the manufacturer.\nNote:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG set at site and cost is deemed to be included in above offer.
25 2.2 Supply & installation and commissioning and testing of LT panel indoor cubical floor mounted type made out of 1.6 mm thick MSA sheet duly power coated complete with bus bar 300 amps raating made of aluminium strip duly drilled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volt 50Hz power supply system suitable for and including the following:-\n\n(a) MCCB 250 Amps 4 pole 50 Hz 415 volt with rupturing capacity 36 KA (ICS = 100% ICU) - 01 Nos.\n(b) MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole 50 Hz 415 volt with rupturing capacity 36 KA (ICS = 100% ICU) - 03 Nos outgoing.\n(c) MCB SPN 32 Amps 230 volt 50Hz 'C' curve type with rupturing capacity 10 KA - 01 No outgoing.\n(d) Indicator set RYB 01 set of 03 Pcs.\n(e) Digital multi function meter suitable for measuring current, voltage, frequency and powerfactor of size 96x96mm of range current rating 200 amps, voltage 0 to 500 volt alongwith CT of appropriate ratio and of make schnieder or equiblent of Make L&T /legrand with in built in selector switch 1 set.\n 1 Each

28 2.23 Supply and laying, joint, testing MS Pipe heavy grade with flanged including flange of suitable thickness, welfing of flange, nuts, bolts of suitable size, rubber gasket with all fittings required at site and laid in trenches/ floor or fixed to wall of the 150 mm bore pipe complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 60 RM
29 2.24 M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip of 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts and washers etc made out of galvanised iron including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40mm thick RCC cover, funnel, GI protection pipe etc all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES schedule Part-I and as specified and testing on completion. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. \nNote:- GI strip upto 7.5 m is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. 12 Each
30 2.25 Demolition/Dismantling of RCC frame structure of building No. P/93 upto GL only including taking down of MS staircase , ladder etc (RCC over Head Tank Capacity 100000 Gallon). and removing the debris to a distance exc 25.00KM and not exc 30.00 KM including loading,unloading and make up the site clear in all respect .\nNote :- (a) Tank shall be demolished up to GL/Plinth level only.\n(b) Taking down, refixing and credit sch of CI pipes i. e inlet, outlet, washout and overflow pipes have been considered in water supply section. \n(c) Unserviceable items/Serviceable items such as scrap iron/reinforcement,etc what ever obtained from demolition shall be contractors property against 'Sch of Credit' (Except CI pipes inlet,outlet,overflow and washout).\n(d) Bidder is advised to visit the above site before quoting the tender.\n(e) The contractor will demolish the OHT in such way that it does not damage any near by structure.\n(f) The Demolition of OHT will commenced from top to bottom gradually. All T & P to be used for demolition shall be got approved from GE in writing before commencement of demolition work. 1 Each
