Ge South Pathankot Maintenance And Upkeep Of Md Otm Accn At Kandrori Under Ge South Pathankot , Outsourcing Of Manual Services In The Entire Area Of Jurisdiction Of Kandrori Under Ge ( South ) Pathankot And Its Sub Divisions For Attending Users Complaints Of Any Type Every Day Excluding Sunday And Holidays From 0800 Hrs To 1700 Hrs ( Including One Hour Lunch Break ) With Following Activities Complete All As Directed:- I ) Registering Complaint From Users Through Ivr , Mobile Phone , Sms Or E-Mail And Manual Registering Of Complaints At Complaint Cell . ( Note: Provision Of Communication Facilities Incl All The Necessary Eqpt To Supervisors And Tradesman Shall Be Responsibility Of The Contractor ) . Ii ) Categorization Of Complaints Lodged By Users As Specified In Particular Specifications To Decide Priority . Iii ) Deployment Of Qualified Tradesman Having Minimum 3 Years Of Work Experience In Day Shift For Attending Complaints As Per Stipulated Time Frame To Complete The Task As Per Standard Practice . ( Note: Provision Of Tools , Plants , Equipment And Safety Gears / Equipments To Tradesman Shall Be Responsibility Of The Contractor ) . Iv ) Monitoring And Management Of Complaints From Its Generation To Execution Of Complaints Including Pending Complaints . V ) Upgrading Status Of Lodged Complaints Before End / Change Of Eight Hour Shift . Vi ) The Material Required For Day To Day Maintenance & Petty Repairs Shall Be Issued By The Department Under Free For Fixing . The Details Of Material Replaced Shall Be Endorsed In The Complaint Slip . However Petty Materials Like Electric Tape , Wire Up To 1 . 2M , Screw Etc As Specified Shall Be Deemed To Be Included In Unit Rate Quoted . Vii ) Proper Record Of Services ( Complaints ) Received And Attended Shall Be Maintained By The Contractor For Making Payments . Viii ) S & F Display Boards / Banners / Notices At Prominent Location As Decided By Ge Indicating All The Pertinent Details Of The Service Being Rendered For Giving Wide Publicity Etc . Minimum No Of Trademans And Helper To Be Deployed By The Contractor Everyday Shall Be : Mason 01 No , Carpenter 01 No , Plumber 02 Nos , Electrician 01 No , Mazdoor 02 Nos , , Note: ( I ) The Communication Facilities For Registering Complaints I . E Mobile Phone Shall Be Arranged By Contractor To Every Work Man Deployed On Daily Basis If Complaints Are Desired To Be Registered Through The Systems Otherwise Manual Complaints Shall Be Lodged . ( Ii ) The Tentative Numbers Of Complaints To Be Recieved In The Sub Division Complaints Cell Are Specified Here In After However Contractor Has To Be Provided Their Skill / Unskilled Workmen Daily As Per Nos Of Complaints Actually Recieved . ( Iii ) In Case Complaints Has Not Been Attended Within Stipulated Time Frame As Per Its Priority Class , Suitable Recovery On This Account Shall Be Made On The Rates As Specified Here In After . ( Iv ) All Tools And Plant , Trolley , Ladder And Lories And Conveyence Required For Attending Complaints At Site Of Work From Where Required For Replacement Shall Be Provided By The Contractor And Old Material Retrieved Shall Be Deposit In Mes Store Yard . ( Iv ) Decision Of Ge On Profeciency Of Deployed Workers Shall Be Final And Binding . ( V ) The Shift Of The Person Deployed By The Contractor Will Be Decided By The Eng-In-Charge And Shall Be Final And Binding . ( Vi ) The New Material Whereever Required For Replacement Shall Be Provided By The Deptt And Old Material Retrieved Shall Be The Property Of Department & Will Be Deposited In Mes Store Yard .
