| 3 | Item Description:- "Design, Modification, Alteration, Augmentation, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing &\rCommissioning in Existing Hot Stand By Electronic Interlocking (EI) System of Ansaldo make with Distributed type\rElectronic Interlocking (EI) as per RDSO specification No. RDSO/SPN/192/2005 with latest amendment, as per\rtechnicalrequirement&tentativeapprovedSignallingPlans&Diagrams.Electronic Interlocking(EI)system\rmainly consisting of Central Processing Equipment, Interface Equipment/Relays etc asper requirements, Dual\roperator Industrial Grade VDU panel (48"" LED) with Redundancy (Hot stand-by dual VDU Normally one system\ronline and other system in standby mode), All Interfacing Relays suitable for EI, interconnecting cables and\rJumper wires, Industrial grade maintenance Terminals (32'' LED with UPS minimum 1 hr back up), required\rpower supply converters for EI equipments, Housing forEIequipments andRelay Racks, fuses, screw less\rdisconnecting type terminals, fixture mounting arrangements and accessories necessary to make the EI system\rfunctional as per approved signaling plan. The tenderer should furnish complete details of cards/ modules/ sub-\rmodules connectors etc. for each station. This also includes the one year supervision after the commissioning of\rsystem. Supply of 10% Essential spares of the EI equipments subject to minimum one of each type mainly\rconsisting of processor, cards/ module, interface relay etc. Item wise detailed break up with unit and quantity to\rbe provided in separate annexure. " i.EI Alteration at Aslaoda and Naikhedi NOTE: The contactor shall initially\rsupply 1 set of documents (Paper Prints) for approval of Railways. He shall ensure the each sheet has a block for\rsignature of Railway official as well as a block for signature of firm, duly signed by the authoriesed signatory of the\rfirm. The name of the work as given by Railways shall be written on every sheet under the work column. All the\rdrawing shall be supplied in a good quality folder for each station. After approval of documents by Railways, the\rcontractor will make copies of the approved documents and return the approved document to Railways. The\rcontractorwillthenmakenecessarycorrectiontoApplicationLogicsoftwaredulyincorporatingRailways'\ralterations/ corrections/ comments, if any. After Complete Testing / Commissioning of the station, tracings of\rcompletion documents as mentioned above will be submitted to Railways for approval. Along with the Completion\rapplication logic, difference report (showing addition & deletion in different colours) as compared to earlier\rapproved application logic should also be submitted. After approval of completion application logic by Railways, 5\rsets of copies of completion tracings will be submitted to Railways. | ||||||||
