| 10 | 2.06 | (e) It is required the tenderer shall quote their rates duly considered minimum wages of the trades men intended in the tender as in force on the end date of submission. It shall be deeded that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for station i.e. Govt of India/state Govt /union territory whichever is higher including all statuary provision such as EPF,ESIC and labour welfare cess (LWC) etc as applicable | |||
