Providing services for day to day repair & maintenance of all buildings, roads, water supply sanitary & drainage system inside campus of IHBAS. Services comprising of registering complaints, distribution of works to workers supervision of works execution of works for attending complaints of all kind related to civil works by mason, carpenter, plumbers/fitter, sewer man, painter, beldar coolie during the calendar month except on sundays & national holidays (excluding the cost of materials which will be supplied by the department as per requirement) but including the T&P which shall be arranged by agency. The complaints shall be attended immediately which received at enquiry and also by taking round in all the hospital as well as in residential colony by supervisor of the agency. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Job work of welding by electric welding machine during a day (eight hours) i/c higher charges of welding machine, connectiong wire up to 50m lead, ladders, hammer, cutting tools etc. transporation, welding rods & other T&P required for job of repairs of existing articles. No deduction for electricity charges will be made for this purpose.
