( With Deployment Of Operating Staff One Tradesman ( Fgm ) In Each Shift For Three Shifts Per Day ( Each Shift Of 08 Hours ) . The Shift Timing For The Month During Contract Period Shall Be As Directed By Engr-In- Charge . The Contractor Will Also Be Responsible For Routine / Preventive Maintenance Of Eqipments And Accessories , Cleaning Of Surrounding Area Of The Installation And The Building Inclusive Of Minor Repair For Leakage Like Providing Gland Packing , Replacement Of Flange Gasket And Maintenace Of Control Panel Of Dg Set / Pumping Set / Lt Panel And Tightening Of Loose Connections In Panels Etc .
