outsourcing of manning and operation services for water supply installations at dsc / desidoc , north gate , sag , lift at desidoc and ac plant ion lab metcalfe house under ge i rnd delhi , outsourcing for manning , upkeeping and operation to under mentioned installations with one pump operator having iti / diploma holder with experience of minimum three years in a shift of eight hour for a duration of 24 hours ( three shifts in a day of 08 hours each shift ) including sunday & holidays complete . the installation mainly comprises the following :- dsc pump house installation:- ( a ) 02 nos pumping sets of capacity 30 hp including connected sluice valves and non return valves complete . ( b ) 02 nos pumping sets of capacity 75 hp including connected sluice valves and non return valves complete . ( c ) 01 no kirlosker jockey pump having discharge 200 gpm at 30 mtr head including connected sluice valves and non return valves etc . ( d ) electrical control panel including all controls . , desidoc pump house installation:- ( a ) 02 nos pumping sets of capacity 30 hp including connected sluice valves and non return valves complete . ( b ) 02 nos pumping sets of capacity 75 hp including connected sluice valves and non return valves complete . ( b ) 01 nos jockey pumping sets of capacity 15 hp including connected sluice valves and non return valves complete . ( c ) 01 no deisel driven pumping set of capacity 75 hp including connected sluice valves and non return valves etc . ( d ) electrical control panel including all controls . , outsourcing for manning , upkeeping and operation to north gate pump house and dg set installation with one pump operator having iti / diploma with minimum three years experience in similar field of the job in a shift of eight hour for a duration of 24 hours ( three shift of in a day of 08 hours each shift ) , including sunday & holidays complete . the installation mainly comprises the following :- north gate pump house installation:- ( a ) 02 nos pump & motors squirrel cage including connected sluice valves and non return valves etc complete maintaining water supply system . ( b ) electric control panels including controls . ( c ) dg set 30 kva , make-crompton greaves , outsourcing for manning , upkeeping and operation and routine maintenance of stand by dg set 180 kva with lt panel & amf panel earthing & batteries by dg operator installed at dtrl single shift from 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs on all working days . the installation mainly comprises of the following:- ( a ) prime mover ( diesel engine ) of 231 bhp 144 kw 1500 rpm type make : kirloskar cummins . ( b ) alternator make : kirloskar ( c ) amf panel including battery charger complete in all respect ( d ) lead acid battary 12 volts , 180ah - 02nos ( e ) lt panel complete with all incoming and outgoing feeders . note: ( i ) the contractor shall employ one operator having iti / diploma holder with minimum three years experience in similar field in a shift of eight hour from 830 hrs to 1730 hrs , including sunday & holiday complete . ( ii ) diesel oil will be supplied by the department free of cost under sch b for running of dg sets . the contractor is responsible to collect / transport the same to requisite installation within 24 hours , outsourcing for manning & operation of electrically operated lift of capacity 20 passenger ( 1500 kg ) - 01nos , suitable for g+6 ( ground+6 floors ) installed at sag metcalfe house delhi to be operated in single shift of 08 hours per day 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs and five days a week ( from monday to friday , except holiday as declared by sag ) with lift operator complete all as specified and as directed at site by enge-in-charge note:- rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to included the following:- ( a ) one oem trained operator cum mechanic having valid traning certificate from oem shall be deployed in each shift .
