Of Supply Air Bellow, 2Nos. Of Fresh Bellows And 2 Nos. Of Return Air Bellow Ducts As Per Icf Drg. No. Icf / Sk3 7-6-072 Type-I. The Bellow Assembly Shall Meet The Following Technical Requirements. B. Material %U2013 Made Of Meta- Aramide Fabric With Silicone Rubber Coating On Both Sides And Having Thickness Of 1.2Mm & Pink Colour. C. Bellows Fabric Shall Have The Following Properties. I. Halogen Free Ii. Flame Retardant Confirming To En45545 Hl2 / R1 / R7. Iii. Hardness Shore A 60 Plus Or Minus 5. Iv. Density 1.34 G / Cm3. V. Tensile Strength 7Mpa. Vi. Tensile Elongation E300%. Vii. Temperature Range From -50 Degree C To +180 Degree C, And Resistance To Chemicals Like Acid, Oils. Viii. Burning Behaviour Shall Be As Per Din-5510. I.E., Burning Class S-4, Smoke Class Sr-2, Dripping Class St-2, Toxicity Fed25 / 40% As Perdin-53857. X. Metal Frames Shall Be Made Out Of 2Mm Thick, Ss-304 Material. D. Make: Mollerbalg / Germany Or Its Equivalent. Note: I ) Test Certificate From Recognised Laboratory For Bellow Material Shall Be Submitted Along With Proto Type Sample.
