Supply of Emulsifier for manufacturing Bitumen Emulsion RS1m Grade by tenderer will include the following specifications :- \n- The Bitumen Emulsion prepared by using the quoted Emulsifier must meet the specification requirements of IS 8887-2018 (latest revision)\n-Packing/forwarding and transportation.\n- Unloading the material at IOCLs Outsourced Bitumen Drum Filling Plant at Chennai.\nThe cost will be worked out based on the dosage% recommended by the tenderer for manufacturing one unit of Bitumen Emulsion RS1
