Educational qualification certificate & experience certificate shall be submitted by the contractor for acceptance/approval before employing the person.\n(b) The contractor shall provide leave vacancy staff without any additional burden to the department.\n(c) Uniform. | 3 | 3 | Provn of housekeeping services on monthly basis in one shift (shift 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) for cleaning, sweeping, mopping of offices and their open areas and including re-arranging of furniture thereafter, cleaning of toilets including disinfection, disinfection of rooms, cleaning of window panes, doors and windows, removal of cob-webs and finally cleaning of roofs & open drains etc. by employing of sweeper in one shift (0900 hrs to 1700hrs). The contractor shall provide the following :- \n(a) The contractor shall provide leave vacancy staff without any additional burden to the department.\n(b) Uniform. Individulas must be in propers dress code i.e. Pant, Shirt and leather shoes during summer and Pant, shirt, leather shoes and sweater/jackets during winters, Identity cards, Name plates etc for easy identification will be provided by the agency with their name/logo. Dress code/colour shall be as directed by CWE Tenga. (c) House Keeping Stores/Consumables. The agency will cater for all the consumables required for maintaining the complex neat and clean. The same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. It will be ensured that there is no shortage of consumables at any point in time. In case the same is felt or noticed necessary penalties will be levied.\nDETAILS OF CONSUMABLES FOR HOUSEKEEPING\nThe details of consumable items required for house keeping on a monthly basis are as follows and deem to be included in the rates quoted :-\nMopping cloth/Duster. Yellow cloth/ soft Cotton Cloth (For Dusting). Long Stick Brooms. \nNo Dust Brooms/Phool Jharu. Plastic Brooms/Toilet Brush, Toilet/floor cleaning liquid (Harpic). Liquid Disinfectant (Good quality Phenyl & Lyzol equivalent) . Dettol Hand Wash in common toilets. Mopper with rope. Wiper . Wet Mopper. Napthalene Balls. Colin glass cleaner. Harpic. Odonil. Glass cleaning kit which includes Squeeze, Washer, wiper etc. Dust Collector\nNote :- This list is only a guideline and any other items required for upkeep of the complex will be provided by the agency. The materials used will be of standard make. The agency will visit the site to ascertain the requirement to avoid any discrepancy later. In this regards the decision of the CWE Tenga will be final.\nTerms & Conditions :-\n(a) In the event of any employed personnel being on leave/absent, the agency shall ensure suitable alternative arrangement to make up for running of services during such absence. To meet such eventualities the agency shall make provision for leave reserve. (b) The agency shall arrange to maintain the daily attendance record in a Register of the personnel deployed for housekeeping services by it showing their arrival and departure time. The daily attendance shall be vetted by the section incharge of CWE Tenga. The Agency shall submit an attested photocopy of the attendance record which shall form part of RAR/Final Bill.\n(c) The agency shall ensure that the personnel deployed by it for outsourced services are disciplined and do not participate in any activity prejudicial to the interest of the CWE Tenga/Govt. of India/any State/or any Union Territory. (d) In case of any absence without relief, recovery at the following rates will be effected in the subsequent payments :- For Item No 1 : @ Rs. 600/- per day or Rs 100/- per Hr, For Item No 2 : @ Rs. 600/- per day or Rs 100/- per Hr, For Item No 3 : @ Rs. 200/- per day or Rs 60/- per Hr | 1 | Each Month |
