1. Partial Dismantling, repair & maintenance of excitor of M/c-II by means of replacement of diodes, cleaning & insulation of excitor windings at CHEP-II. The job includes cost of material, T&P items and labour engaged for the execution of job. Complete job 2. Repair & maintenance of NGR panel of M/c-I & II by dismantling of top and bottom cover of exiter, checking and replacement of damaged cable, cleaning and reinstallation of cable along with rethimbling of ends means of dismantling & re-installation of CT & PT units after replacement of damaged thimbles / control cable, cleaning of contacts along with allied works at CHEP-II. The job includes cost of material, T&P items and labour engaged for the execution of job. Complete job 3. Readjustment of guide vanes of M/c-II for better control of initial speed and speed variation by way of dismantling and reinstallation of covers, draft tubes, runner, nuts & bolts, making adjustment to minimize the gap, tightening for maintaining the gap of each guide vane and replacement of guide vane pins including spares and other allied works at CHEP-II. The job includes cost of material, T&P items and labour engaged for the execution of job. Complete job 4. Repairing to BFV seal clamping ring of stainless steel material of M/c-II at CHEP-II by welding of ring with stainless steel welding electrodes of good quality. Then straightening of ring on hydraulic press to match with the valve disc of 1000 mm ɸ. Then matching to suit the size of valve disc for proper fitment. The Job includes cost of materials, carriage and handling of materials both by mechanical transport and by head load and labour charges. Complete job. 5. Maintenance of oil pressure units of M/c- II at CHEP-II of Governor system by way of draining / emptying of DET oil, filtration & filling of fresh and filtered oil, plugging of leakages by providing of new washers, seals, cords, Doris etc., checking of nitrogen pressure in accumulators, cleaning and reinstallation of electrical connections. The job includes cost of material, T&P items and labour engaged for the execution of job. Complete job 6. Maintenance of generator unit of M/c- II at CHEP-II i.e. cleaning, varnishing of stator and its heat treatment, setting right of excitation panel and synchronizing desk ,retightening of the connections of exiter panel along with checking and setting right of wiring of panel and allied works including testing and commissioning. The job includes cost of material, T&P items and labour engaged for the execution of job. Complete job
