    tender for Reshelling Deshelling Of Mill Roller , de-shelling , re-shelling & grooving of conventional mill roller size 775x1450 mm , as per deg . no . 510/93 . the shell should be of course grain cast iron without blow holes having 180-200 bhn hardness , mtc spectro test and utc and hardness test certificate from approved source is required before dispatch specification of material is as per is 11201-1985 . ( a ) carbon 3 . 2-3 . 6% ( b ) manganese 2 . 2-3 . 2% ( c ) silicon 1 . 5-2 . 2% ( d ) phosphorous 0 . 5% max . ( e ) sulphur 0 . 15% max . after de-shelling each roller shaft should be checked ultrasonically , & ultrasonic test report of each roller should be submitted . grooving in roller should be as per our requirement . . one side freight will be borne by the tenderer .
