    Tender For Printing work of A5 size books & Binding and Supply of wire-stitched A5 size books.ITEM LIST :- (1) Printing work of A5 size books in single colour printed on one side or both side, with or withoutonline machine numbering by using Railway materials and machines including electricity. Work to be executedinside the premises of Railway Press/ RPM by engaging minimum four manpower to operate either Press LineWeb offset machine or Sud & Waren Web offset machine by using 43 cms / 61 cms / 84 cms reel width ofmaplitho paper of 60/70 GSM. Tenderer has to quote rate for Item N01 & Item N02 compulsorily or else entireoffer will be rejected. One unit is equal to 1000 leaves of A5 size. Detailed specification and special conditions areenclosed in Annexure I. HSN/SAC: 998912PS/RPM Tamil Nadu 4200.00 In Thousand (2) Binding and Supply of wire-stitched A5 size books which are printed from above item N01 by usingRailway materials and machines including electricity to execute work / fabricate books with 50 to 200 leaves asper the requirement within Railway Press/RPM. Supply comprising knocking, counting, examining numbersequence if necessitated, wrapper insertion, wire stitching, cutting/trimming and bundling in sets of 20 books,cross knotted with country twine duly following the numbering sequence of books/sheets. Tenderer has to quoterate for Item N01 & Item N02 compulsorily or else entire offer will be rejected. One unit is equal to 1000 leaves ofA5 size.
