    Supply Of Coloured Baniyan Cloth &Amp; Cotton Wasteitem List :- ( 1 ) New, Single Ply Coloured Cotton Baniyan Cloth Of Fine Quality In Various Shapes For Cleaning Of Machinery Parts, Hydraulic Components Etc And Of A Minimum Size Of Atleast 200 Mm On Each Side. Sample Should Accompany The Offer And Supply Should Be As Per The Sizes And Quality As Offered In The Sample. The Sample Shall Be Used To Compare The Size And Quality Of The Supply. The Supply Shall Be In 50Kgs Bag, Properly Packed And Shall Not Be Exposed To Water And Moisture. The Sample Should Reach Rwf Before The Date And Time Of Closing Of Tender, Failing Which Offer Is Liable To Be Rejected. The Sample Piece Should Be Clearly Identifiable With The Suppliers Name By Attesting Tender Number And Date With Seal Of The Firm. Further Sample Pieces Should Be One Or Two Instead Of Pack Full Of Small Pieces Mixed With Required Size. ( 2 ) Coloured Cotton Waste Of 1St Quality Which Is Free From Iron Pieces , Wire, Dust, Paper Etc, .And Appearing Bright In Colour. Note: The Material Shall Consist Of Unsized Yarn Only.The Material Shall Reasonably Free From Dust , Fluff, Loose Cotton , Rowing, Piecers Waste, Doubling , Dirty Or Soiled Yarn , Oily Or Greased Yarn , Cuts And Small Bits.The Materials Also Shall Be Free From Foreign Material Such As Leaf Particles , Wood Particles Rags And Any Reaclaimed Waste.
