    Tender For Disinfectant Items Kgmu Up Lucknow, Tender For Disinfectant Items=> Open Tender - 1.22 2% Gluteraldehyde with activator Pack- 05 Ltr. 1.23 2% Gluteraldehyde with activator and solution test strips. 1.24 Sodium perborate, monohydrate Powder 810 gm. 1.25 Potassium 35 Monopersulhate 40-50%, Sodium C10-13 Alkylbenzenesulphonate 10-20%, Sodium Chloride 1-5% Powder Pack- 500 gm. 1.26 Betascurb (Standard) 500 ml Pack 1.27 Biological Indicator tubes for Autoclave & Plasma sterilizers. Self- contained spore strips of B. stearothermophilus with outer tube containing modified tryptic soy broth (growth medium) and indicator (Bromocresol purple) Could be incubated at 56 °C and be read at 24/48 hours. Must be provided with quality certificates and D Value. Incubator to read the tubes must be provided. 1.28 Biological Indicator tubes for ETO. Self- contained spore strips of B. atrophaeus with outer tube containing modified tryptic soy broth (growth medium) and indicator (Bromothymol blue) Could be incubated at 37 °C and be read at 24/48 hours. Boxes must be provided with quality certificates and D Value. 1.29 Biological Indicator tubes for Autoclave. (rapid read out biological indicator with rapid read out incubator) Do not use to monitor 132 °C gravity steam autoclaves. Incubator to read the tubes must be provided. 1.3 Chemicals Indicators Strips for Autoclave ( Type 5 integrating Indicators) These indicators can be used in gravity sterilizers as well as pre- vacuum and immediate use (flash sterilizers) 1.31 Chemicals Indicators ( Self adhesive tapes) for Autoclaves. Colour change should be from white to dark brown by steam sterilization at 121 and 134 °C 1.32 Chemical indicator tape for ETO Sterilization. Colour change should be from yellow/green to red. 1.33 Bowie- Dick Packs. Yellow to black colour change.
