The minimum quantiITEM LIST :- (1) Rate contract for Supply of INTRA OCULAR LENS(IOL) having power range from +11D to 25.5Das per attached technical specifications.MAKE-Alcon(Acrysof),Abbott(Tecnis),Zeiss(Lucia).Tenderers arerequired to quote their offer only for make mentioned above. Note:(1) This is a Rate contract tender.(2) Quantityshown (in the Tender) is only indicative, which can be increased or decreased depending upon the requirementduring the validity of the RC .(3)There is no guarantee of order quantity. (4)The validity of RC shall be one yearswhich can be extended by another one year with mutual consent.(5) Delivery to be made within 15 days afterissue of the supply order.(6) Please read RDSO medical RC condition attached with this tender.(7) The tenderershall supply the lenses of all defined powers within the range as specified in the attached technical specification.CMO/RDSO Uttar Pradesh 100.00 Numbers
