    Tender For Replacement Of Thermal Stabilization Ac Plant Flp - 1.Minor Works Dismantling Of Existing Ac Plant. Please Refer General Terms And Conditions For The Existing Ac Plant Equipment Details And Configuration. The Dismantled Items Are To Be Shifted To Near By Scrap Yard Which Is Around 8 Km From The Plant, Which Is Under Contractor Scope. 2.Condensing Unit Supply Of Factory Assembled, Microprocessor Controlled Air -Cooled, Scroll Compressor (S) Mounted. Dx Condensing Unit (01 No. Or 02 Nos Condensing Units) Suitable For Air Conditioning System Of Minimum Cooling Capacity Of 32 Tr (96000 Kcal /Hr) At Actual Conditions (Sdsc Shar Ambient Conditions). The Condensing Unit May Or May Not Have Multiple Refrigerant Circuits. Details Mentioned In The Annexure-I Enclosed Vide Item No:2. 3.Minor Works Supply Of Paint For Painting Of Equipment, Piping And Accessories And Pedestals Etc. Indicated Above With Two Coats Of Synthetic Enamel Paint Of Approved Colour And As Specified By Engineer-In-Charge. 4.Air Handling Unit Supply Of Air Handling Unit Of Modular Construction And Of Draw-Through Type Comprising Of Filter Section, Cooling Coil Section(Two Sets -Please Refer Sketch), Provision For Fresh Air(Once-Through System), Damper Section And Fan Section. The Frame Work Of The Ahu Shall Be Of Extruded Aluminum Sections And Shall Be Assembled To Provide A Sturdy, Strong And Self Supporting Frame Work For The Various Section.Details Mentioned In The Annexure-I Enclosed Vide Item No:5.
