Complete But Excluding Current Consumption Changes. 2 2 As Per Spec Cleaning The Sludge And Slush By Stirring The Water While Dewatering And Removing The Sludge / Slush And Other Foreign Particles From The Clarifier And Applying Bleaching Powder On The Bottom Surface Including Cost Of Bleaching Powder, Labour Charges, Hire Charges For Tools And Plants, Leads & Lifs Etc. 3 3 As Per Spec Cleaning The Bottom Surfaces Of Clariflocculator, Pharshall Flume, Stilling Chamber, Flash Mixer And Clarified Storage Water Tanks Etc. By Scrapping Of The Dirt And Algae, Removal Of Debris Including The Cost Of All Tools & Plants, All Labour Charges, Leads, Lifts Etc., Complete. 4 4 As Per Spec Cleaning The Wall Surfaces Of Clariflocculator, Pharshall Flume, Stilling Chamber, Flash Mixer Clarified Storage Water Tanks Etc. By Scrapping Of The Dirt And Algae, Removal Of Debris Including The Cost Of All Tools & Plants, Scaffolding Charges, All Labour Charges, Leads & Lifts Etc., Complete.
