    Tender For Annual Maintenance Contract Repair / Service Charges Of Telescopic Guar Amc For Repair And Servicing Of Telescopic Guards / Covers For Various Machines At H&P Division. For The Period Of One Year From The Release Date Of Po As Per The Scope. Scope Of Work: 1.Dismantling Of Telescopic Guards From The Machine. 2.Cleaning Of Machine Were Telescopic Guard Is Mounted. 3.Telescopic Guarduards To Be Tinkered Suitably By Removing Dents & Bends 4.Removal Of Damaged Wipers / Brass Guides. 5.Replace New Wipers With Metal Cladding & Brass Guides To Be Riveted. 6.Telescopic Guards Surface Welded To Be Grounded & Polished Before Assembly. 7.Prove Out For Satisfactory Working. 8.The Unit Rate Shall Be Quoted Giving Breakup Of Material Cost/ Meterlength & Labour Cost/Meter Length. 9.The Firm Should Give Guarantee For Both Material & Labour For A Period Of One Year From The Date Of Completion. 10.Facilities Like Crane, Power Supply, Welding Generator Etc Will Be Provided By Beml. 11.Firm Should Follow All The Safety And Statutory Rules / Regulationsexisting In Beml. 12.Beml Is Not Responsible For Any Accidents Met By The Personnel While Executing The Work. 14.Payment Will Be Made For Actual Length Of Wipers Replacedon Telescopic Guards In Each Machine. Against Certification By Maintenance Dept, On Satisfactory Completion Of Work On Quarterly Basis.
